Brookpoint

Recruitment as a subscription · Benelux

We spent our careers billing a percentage of someone else's salary.

Brookpoint is the model we would rather sell. You reserve hiring capacity by the month. We fill the roles. Nothing is charged when a candidate signs.

Free. Fifteen questions. One page of results, immediately, without a sales call.

Two things you can buy.

They work well together and neither needs the other. Most clients start with the diagnostic, because it is the only way to know whether the subscription is worth it. Some already know.

Once

The diagnostic

We measure what your hiring actually costs, and we say so in writing.

Paid once. Three levels.

Paid monthly. Two levels.

  2. Partner
See the plans

You are not buying placements. You are reserving capacity.

A slot is one live search. Starter gives you one, Partner gives you three. For as long as a slot is yours, it is worked continuously by the same two people.

The slot frees the day an offer is signed in writing. Not on the start date, not after the notice period. The next role moves in the same week.

There is no cap on hires. If a slot turns over five times in a year, the price does not move.

The same year, priced two ways

Six hires in a year, €75,000 average salary, 20% fee
€90,000Modelled from an assumption we are naming out loud.20% is the fee rate most often quoted to us in Belgium. Your own rate may differ.
Partner plan, same year, no limit on hires
€54,000Hard data. It came out of a system and can be checked.€4,500 per month for twelve months. It is the price published further down this page.

The 20% is the rate most often quoted to us in Belgium. Yours may be lower. Put your own numbers in and the shape holds from about four hires a year.

We would rather tell you that you don't need us.

Before selling you capacity, we measure what your hiring actually costs. Sixty-two indicators across eight areas: time, cost, funnel, employer brand, manager involvement, tooling, compliance, and the recoverable amount.

Every indicator carries its provenance. Measured means it came out of your data. Stated means someone told us. Estimated means we modelled it and said so. A diagnosis that is seventy percent stated should admit it. Ours does.

The report always contains three scenarios, including the one where you keep doing exactly what you do today, and the one where you build the function internally. If internalising is the right answer for you, it is written in the report.

Focus

Quoted in one call

Four areas · ten days

Cost, funnel, tooling and the recoverable amount. The four areas where money is actually leaving. It answers one question well: how much of what you spend on hiring could stop being spent.

Two recruiters. Most of it billed as a percentage.

Thomas Lhoëst

Delivery and product

Started in agency at Volt Europe, building a data science desk across Europe from nothing. Partner at Arrowstone since 2017, executive search and interim management, and the Belgian member of Senior Management Worldwide. In-house afterwards at Capgemini and Isabel Group. Since 2023 he has led Benelux talent acquisition for a global IT services firm, running a nearshore recruitment team on mid and senior management hiring across Europe.

Master in Business Administration, ICHEC Brussels. French, Dutch, English, Spanish. He has also run a photography practice since 2006.

Emily-Brooks Jaudon

Commercial and client

Twelve and a half years at TEKsystems, part of Allegis Group. She started as a headhunter, moved into IT infrastructure and security, took over a team of consultants, then ran client strategy as a Client Specialist, and finished as Strategic Account Manager for managed services.

That last role is the relevant one. She was not selling placements. She was selling delivery models to companies that had stopped believing in placements.

Since 2024, through Brooks SRL, she has rebuilt sales processes and recruitment operations for Belgian SMEs. She also runs recruitment operations for a Belgian IT services company. Bachelor in Marketing Management, EPHEC. Business Management, Manchester Metropolitan. French, English, Dutch. She runs Brooks Lab, a photography studio.

Reserve capacity by the month.

One price, whatever the salary. No fee when a candidate signs. The only thing you choose is how many searches run at once.

Partner

€4,500per month

three live searches at a time

Three roles at once is what a company hiring seriously actually runs. At six hires a year, this costs about forty percent of what the same year costs on a twenty percent fee, and the gap widens every time a slot turns over.

Both plans

  • Unlimited hires
  • No fee per placement
  • Six-month minimum
  • Slot frees on signed offer
  • Benelux coverage
  • Continuous follow-up

Questions we actually get

Why a six-month minimum?

Sourcing costs are front-loaded. A slot costs us most in its first six weeks. A three-month contract would mean pricing for churn, and you would pay for it.

What if we hire someone ourselves while a slot is live?

Nothing changes and nothing is owed. The slot frees, the next role moves in.

Do you work in Dutch?

Yes. Both of us work in French, Dutch and English.

What if the audit says we should hire internally?

Then that is what the report says, and you keep it. It has happened and it will happen again. It is the only reason the rest of the report is worth reading.
